The Kyocera KM-1650 allows small businesses or company workgroups to benefit from the high productivity of not only text documents but also an option for copying or scanning pages in an efficient time frame with a fax option to send important documents or pages promptly.
The Kyocera KM-1650 can print as quickly as 16 pages per minute and has a maximum monthly duty cycle of 20,000 pages per minute. The resolution of the copy portion of this printer is a quality 600 by 600 dpi while the print mode can print pages very fast at a quality 1,200 dpi. The maximum paper size that can be inserted into this unit is 11 inches by 17 inches with a maximum paper weight of 90 pounds. The paper supply available is a standard 300 sheets input with an additional 50 sheet input. Duplex print mode is optional on this unit and standard print is used on the network.
The compatible printer languages that the Kyocera KM-1650 uses is PRESCRIBE, PCL XL, PCL5 E, KPDL3, KCGL, IBM ProPrinter, X24, Epson LQ850 an Line Printer. This unit may connected by an Ethernet connection which will connect it to the administrator computer or to the network. When connected on the computer network, the Kyocera utilizes a 33.6 Kbps fax modem with a standard 8 MB of memory to send and receive faxes promptly. If desired, there is also the option to upgrade the fax memory to 40 MB for more efficient use.
